Whenever I start up AOLServer on an IP that doesn't have a DNS entry,
it takes a long time for the server to get going because of the time
for the failed DNS lookup. Is there some way to disable this check? I
am currently setting both the Address and hostname section in the
config file to the IP address itself.
This is the message I get when I start the server:
[23/Jan/2005:20:12:35][4865.2684396012][-main-] Error: dns: getaddrinfo
failed: No address associated with nodename
