Hi,
I've put up a page on the wiki trying to create some clear roles within
the project that I think can (and need) to be filled in order for
AOLserver to continue to grow and thrive. See:

If anyone is interested in, and can contribute their time to, any of
these teams, please let me know. I haven't decided how team leaders
will be decided (except that I'm the de-facto leader for all at this
point in time), but we'll sort that out when it becomes necessary.
Comments? Feedback? It this a good idea/approach, or bad? If it's
bad, what could make it better?
