I'll take what I can get, but given the choice I'm always in favor of
executable code over documentation.

If you could implement just enough of it to serve as a proof of concept
that it's possible and makes something easier or better, it'll give
folks something concrete to discuss AND use in the meantime until
something better is available.

But, you're welcome to contribute whatever you can, so if you're
volunteering to writing a spec. document, please do so!
