Why yes they are. :) And I tried a file just under 2GB and it seems to
work fine. And 2^31 = 2G. I take it fastpath checks the file size and
errors because it's over 32 bits?

Is there some kind of maxoutput setting a la the maxinput setting on
nssock? I'm getting 404s when trying to download large files. And I get:

Error: fastpath: stat(/path/to/big/file) failed: Value too large for
defined data type

in the server log.

I did search the mail archives and found someone with the same error,
circa Nov 2003. The recommendation was to try newer versions of
AOLserver 3.X and tcl 8.4.Y which I'm well past.

I also tried setting the fastpath cache to false, but get the same error.

Perhaps there is a hard limit in tcl I'm hitting?

How large are the files in question? Larger than 2GB?
