I just checked in a bunch of code. New features include some large content overflow to a temp file (minimal testing, not very easy to use right now) and cleaned up some of the encoding code. Also, based on discussions a few weeks back, I cleaned up and added quite a few comments in nsd/tclinit.c to help clarify how Tcl interps are managed and initialized -- one of the more arcane aspects of aolserver. Feedback appreciated.
