I just downloaded Tcl 8.4.9, compiled (--enable-threads) and AOLserver 3.5.11, since I want to switch to 3.4 or 4.0.
I would have switched to 4.0, but we also use mysql, which does not seem to compile against 4.0.10 that I have.
The issue is that from time to time AOLserver starts (3.4.2 has never made any problems) and sometimes it does not.
It just prints this: [20/May/2005:11:18:30][1622.1024][-main-] Notice: random: generating 1 seeds
When I break with GDB it claims that it is waiting for a signal in NotifierCreateProc. Can anyone tell me how do I deal with it?
