It's the first thing I'd check. When you say it's "scheduled N times" where N == maxthreads, are you saying this because you see it listed that many times in [ns_info scheduled] output? Are you using Zoran's "ttrace" extension? Could this be causing your startup Tcl to get sourced once per thread instead of once at server start-up?
