In theory, the GPL licensing shouldn't play a role in AOL's involvement
in the project: I find it hard to believe that AOL would want to
commercially redistribute something which contained the project's code
without disclosing the source -- it's all Tcl scripts, anyhow.

However, the viral nature of the GPL (any derivative works must ALSO be
GPL licensed, etc.) may make using the GPL licensed Web Services stack
difficult.  I think this is what the LGPL was meant to fix, but I'm not
sure of that, either.
