Did you check and fix the problem with your number of database connections which Don Baccus pointed out? Thus this example is useless. Do you have a Developer Support trace for a page that was actually slow? If you can replicate the problem, you can probably fix it. If you can't replicate it, you're going to have a lot more trouble... You said before that, "A single page to return takes around 11 sec, usually its 400 ms and less." How do you know that? Were you looking at the page yourself and saw it run for 11 s? (In which case, what did Developer Support say?)
