I have these lines in my config.tcl

ns_section ns/server/${server}/redirects
ns_param 404 "global/file-not-found.html"

Apparently this causes ns_returnnotfound to return the indicated
document with a "200 OK" response.

Is this the intended behavior? Is there a way to make AOLserver do the
"obvious" right thing, (returning the document with a 404 status)?

AOLserver 4.0.10 running OpenACS 5 (also reproduced with AOLserver
3.3.1+ad13).
