I am looking to hire a web developer for a brand new customer facing website project. We currently have a team developing and managing the core of the overall website including OSS/BSS functionality. We are a Cable TV, Telephone and Internet Service provider and are in need very friendly to our customers. The site should be similar to the likes of Cox, Time Werner, Verizon, Comcast.net, Pavlov, Bresnan, etc... Please let me know if I am writing to the incorrect list and if you could, possibly point me in the right direction to locate a graphical web developer who is familiar to the TCL language
