Version (as you can see) was built from CVS HEAD at Sept 9th. Around 1% of the entries in my access logs look have that double IP issue. That happened with older versions too, and even with TCL 8.4 The set-up I have working is lighttpd as a frontend proxying requests, and aolserver replying them. I got the same behaviour with Apache as frontend too, so I guess it's AOLserver's thing.
