There isn't an ns_https equivalent for the core's ns_http command as far as I 
know. It would be a very nice thing to have ...

For now, you'd have to directly manage the requests using the ns_openssl Tcl 
API as it stands now. I've attached the other relevant docs for the commands I 
think you'd need to use.
