I've never run into this one on my linux servers.  However they're
all running 2.0.30, which you should consider upgrading to (or
at least go to 2.0.27).

I walked through the linux kernel code and it's not clear to me
where it would be returning EFAULT (Bad Address) in response to
a listen() unless kernel memory corruption had occured.
