Synopsis: Serialized accepts (USE_FCNTL_SERIALIZED_ACCEPT) for AIX State-Changed-From-To: open-analyzed State-Changed-By: marc State-Changed-When: Thu Jul 10 20:58:29 PDT 1997 State-Changed-Why: I am concerned about older versions of AIX like 3.x. They will need to be investigated, and possibly seperated out, before changing this.
