Synopsis: After a period of time (not found to coincide with server rehashes or any specific access), the server will read requests, but return no data (and close the connection). It will still respond to a server-status request though.
State-Changed-From-To: open-analyzed State-Changed-By: dgaudet State-Changed-When: Sat Jul 19 02:14:00 PDT 1997 State-Changed-Why: This doesn't happen on my 2.0.30 servers... so it's something in your local config. Do you use NFS on these servers? Are you running a log per vhost? If so what linux kernel patch are you using to get above 256 descriptors? Can you upgrade to 2.0.30? 2.0.29-ISS, depending on which of the ISS patches you're running, isn't the most stable. What happens if you add -DNO_SLACK to EXTRA_CFLAGS in your Configuration and rebuild? Dean
