IRIX tuning docs need to mention that USE_USLOCK_SERIALIZED_ACCEPT is two orders of magnitude faster than the default (sysvsem) on multiprocessor machines. Need to put a big warning somewhere about sysvsem and the potential DoS attack involving it.
