When the client stops the transfer, nothing appears in the access_log, but the next time the client hits the server, the previous request appears in the log. If the server is killed, the client comes back with Document contains no data. The client in this case is Netscape Navigator 4.0x and 3.x. This problem does not seem to affect a 2 processor P90 system with a single SCSI bus, but it does affect a 2 processor PPro166 with 2 SCSI channels (one for the root disk, where all the apache files sit) and also affects a 4 processor PPro 166, similar disk setup. This problem also exists with the latest 1.3 beta, but it takes quite a few more hits before it will stop serving. Turning off keepalive seems to allow a couple more connections, but it still stops eventually. >How-To-Repeat: >Fix: >Audit-Trail: >Unformatted: [In order for any reply to be added to the PR database, ] [you need to include <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> in the Cc line ] [and leave the subject line UNCHANGED.
