Synopsis: too many open files error on repeated CGI access State-Changed-From-To: open-closed State-Changed-By: marc State-Changed-When: Mon Jan 19 14:16:34 PST 1998 State-Changed-Why: There is a file desciptor leak in 1.3b3 when executing CGIs. There are numerous PRs in the database about this already.
It has been fixed and the fix will be available in 1.3b4 when released.
