Running Apache 1.3.0 as of this monrning. >Description: fetching a file with apache as proxy like so fetch ftp://www.freebsd.org/README File contains header information that does not exist in original file. This happens all clients, apache cache on or off. ---Top lines of README---- Date: Sat, 06 Jun 1998 17:30:58 GMT Welcome to wcarchive.cdrom.com! ------ The Date line is not part of the original file. Currupts all files types tgz, binary etc. If file is also availible over http the file is fine, no corruption. >How-To-Repeat: >Fix: >Audit-Trail: >Unformatted: [In order for any reply to be added to the PR database, ] [you need to include <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> in the Cc line ] [and leave the subject line UNCHANGED. This is not done] [automatically because of the potential for mail loops. ]
