Running Apache 1.3.0 as of this monrning.

File contains header information that does not exist in original file.

This happens all clients, apache cache on or off.

The Date line is not part of the original file.  Currupts all files types tgz, 
binary etc.

If file is also availible over http the file is fine, no corruption.
