 Analysis: Node 'talkcity.com' was found in 28 hops (TTL=3D1). It has a =
 bug: It uses the incoming TTL as the outgoing TTL of an=20
 ICMP packet, which is causing the false hops at hops 13-27. It is a HTTP =
 server (running Netscape-Enterprise/3.0G). The last=20
 error is: 'Time out waiting for ICMP echo reply' at hop 27.
