Synopsis: ftp files by HTTP is slow without any errors State-Changed-From-To: open-closed State-Changed-By: marc State-Changed-When: Wed Jul 21 13:36:44 PDT 1999 State-Changed-Why: Apache is a web server, not a ftp server. If you have problems ftping files then you have to look at your ftp server, not your web server. Just because you use a web browser to talk to your FTP server doesn't mean it talks HTTP or has anything to do with Apache.
