Could you please add a correct MIME type for .rar (for example, 
application/x-rar-compressed) to conf\mime.types ? There are a lot enough rar 
archives on the web, but they are corrupted after downloading by 
Apache+Netscape combination in text mode. Not all webmasters remember about 
AddType command...
