>Description: I have just installed 1.3.9 over an existing and working 1.3. As it is windows NT4 running SP5 the system install did not change any of my configs. When i try to start the server I get the message "The procedure [EMAIL PROTECTED] could not be located in DLL apachecore.dll. the server does not start.
