  Modified:    .        configure
  Log:
  If none of the standard group names was found in /etc/group,
  configure would generate a line like
    conf_group       = #-1
  in the Makefile. But as this is an empty assignment (# is the
  comment start), the resulting httpd.conf was unusable. Set
  the group to "#-1" instead.
