What ap_bwrite() will do.

ap_bwrite() declaration is found in the file: include/buff.h as shown below.
         API_EXPORT(int) ap_bwrite(BUFF *fb, const void *buf, int nbyte);

Whether this correposnds to NSAPI net_write() function.
Please reply ASAP.
