character set is EUC-KR . it 's ok or iso-2022-kr is also ok. i wrote header that file <META http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=euc-kr"> or <META http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=iso-2022-kr">
