Before I get so far down this road that I can't do anything about it, is there a file naming convention that I'm ignoring? I did the _HOWTO thing for no other reason than that it's what the LDP (Linux Documentation Project) does, which is, in retrospect, not a very good reason. And now I just realized that I have been inconsistent, in casing and in - vs _, between SSI-HOWTO.html and cgi_HOWTO.html. Bah. I got into this whole Apache documentation thing because of all the inconsistencies I saw in the documentation, and now I'm making it worse.
So, we need to have a naming convention (I think we should get rid of the HOWTO, and use all lower case) and then get someone to change the file names in the actual CVS tree. I know, this is my mess, and I'll try to clean it up, but I thought I'd let you have a vote.
