In regards to http://httpd.apache.org/docs/vhosts/mass.html, I spent hours
upon hours trying to figure out why the mod_rewrite sections were not
working. I downloaded the latest version of apache (1.3.14) and everything.
Still no avail. Only after much frustration did I stumble across
http://httpd.apache.org/dist/apache_1.3.14-fix.diff. All I ask of you is to
somewhere on the first mentioned page (involving mass dynamic vhosts), you
mention the second mentioned page and the fact that without it, everything
you say on the first mentioned page won't work if you're using 1.3.14.
Other than that, thank you for a great product.
