I'm about to commit the html-converted man pages, but I have a few queries
for the group before I do so:

- I can't think of a better name than "Include Programs". This is what I
am using as a link on the front page of the manual, and as a title for the
programs page. I was going to use "Support progrmas", but now that I have
also included the httpd man page, that doesn't make sense. Does anyone
have any better ideas for a descriptive title?

- Should I be naming all these files httpd.html.en, apachectl.html.en, etc
to facilitate future translation? At the moment, then all have just the
html extension.

For reference, what I am planning to commit can be found at
