There's one problem with that: they are student personal pages. The
university will be deleting them soon - at least one, probably two of the
students has already left, and two of the papers have disappeared without
trace.

I think, as long as it is made clear what we are mirroring, it is OK -
clearly mark them as "student papers written about Apache 1.3" or similar.
