If I remember correctly, the reason why AddIconByType is preferred is because you have multiple file extensions. If you addIcon, you would have to add the icon for each individual mime type. If you addIconByType, you do it only once
Again, the memory is fuzzy Carlos Once upon a time, "Rich Bowen" was seen writting: > The documentation for AddIcon states: > > AddIconByType should be used in preference to AddIcon, when possible. > > There is, however, no indication as to why this should be, anywhere > that I could find it. Could someone please suggests what the reasons > are for this recommendation? > > Thanks. -- --- P |Carlos Araya _ |WebCT Administrator/Trainer G |California Virtual Campus, Region 1 ---- C/O De Anza College 10650 Bubb Road Cupertino, CA 95014 mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED] web: http://www.cvc1.org (work) http://www.silverwolf-net.net (personal) PGP Fingerprint: E629 5DFD 7EAE 4995 E9D7 3D2F 5A9F 0CE7 DFE7 1756 Don't let the fact that you can't do all you want to do Keep you from doing what you can do.
