We merge these into the CVS snapshots of httpd-2.0+proxy at http://cvs.apache.org/builds/httpd-proxy/ The page in httpd-2.0 is a placeholder, suggested when the proxy was removed from the core, and assuming it would be back in (and its updated docs merged) for 2.0 release.
