After compiling a configuration reference chapter based on the existing docs, Brian's book, and the new O'Reilly _Webmaster in a Nutshell_, I've noticed that each includes a few directives not mentioned by any of the others. Any guesses about why this is the case? Are some directives, for example, system-specific? Does a comprehensive directive list exist? I'm particularly curious about where the O'Reilly author found directives that aren't in the other two sources.
