An update to my question.

This seems to be what error we are seeing:

The folder 'http://website.com/' isn't accessible. The folder may be located in an
unavailable location, protected with a password, or the filename contains a / or \.

Subject: [Apache-FP] Frontpage problems after upgading freebsd kernel

Are there any issue with Freebsd 4.8 and Microsoft FrontPage 2000 Server Extensions
for Unix?? It seems that some forms are not working, and also I have had reports of
user logging in without a username and password.

Also I have not updated to service release 1.4, what are the steps to upgrading to
this service relase?

Thanks,

Keith Olmstead
