Not 100% sure, but I vaguely recall RedHat packaged DSO apache modules
letting apxs in the installation step handle updating httpd.conf (-A
adds the LoadModule line commented, -a adds it uncommented).  Maybe I
remember wrong, though.  At any rate, I'm pretty sure they remove
AddModule modulename and LoadModule modulename lines from httpd.conf on
uninstall... including commented out ones.
