This don't sounds like a FrontPage issue. Sounds more like you lost the
Namedvirtual declaration in the httpd.conf file. Or the IP declaration in
the header of the Virtual sites.  I doubt FrontPage Extensions, in it's self
would stop you from displaying the site. It could stop you from updating or
getting the FrontPage bots to work.  I think your looking at a httpd.conf
file issue.
