For those newbies out there, I've found a lot of good use from the site
at www.rpmfind.net.  It has a search engine that searches for not only
packages (RPMs), but the files inside them.  

If you go to the site and put in the name of the library or file
reported as missing, it will usually tell you which package it is a part
of and provide downloads of the package.  Just be sure to grab the
package that matches the distribution & version you are using.
