I would say if someone is installing RH 7 / 8 / or 9 for educational reasons then that is cool, but if you are going to try to use it as a server then make sure you start with Fedora or the Enterpri$e distro of Red Hat.    For me I am working with Mandrake. Frontpage Extensions on Mandrake are doable.
