Sadly, I can't switch distributions so I'm stuck using 7.3 for now. Right *now*, I'm using the standard 2002 extensions from RTR. I was using someone else's version.
Anyway, I also have to use suexec so I'm hoping that's not too much of a problem. RTR told me that to use suexec and apache 2, one needs to load mod_frontpage before suexec in the httpd.conf.
