I am in desperate need to get FPSE installed on a Mandrake 9.1 Linux server 
that is running Apache 1.3.27.  I have 2 webs installed.  A main web and a 
virtual web.  I can't seem to find current information on how to install 
FPSE.  Do I still need a "patch?"  Can someone please help me?  If I can get 
this installed and working in the next 5 hours, then I will donate $50.00 to 
the Amazon fund or whatever the helping person wants the donation to go to.
