Actually, I haven't been able to trace it yet.  Our webmaster actually
showed it to me this past week.  Up until then I thought it was user error.
Actually what is happening is the files just are not created on the
webserver.  They appear to be and when you refresh the Frontpage window it
is not anywhere on the server.

If you copy and paste a file from within windows through Frontpage the file
writes correctly.  

Nothing has been changed on the webserver and it works correctly under FP
2000 but 2003 has the problem.
