I agree, it makes no sense. I haven't had enough time to figure out why, but I know what the logs said. I also know I wasn't able to login into the Admin pages.
Log files (while not in front of me) read something like Mysql login not allowed Database xxxx is not present on system yyyyy Mysql database login failed.
