Sure, but that's why I said -- gamify it! E.g. if a CFP had a random drawing of something tangible (with a probability function sloping to zero the closer it gets to CFP closure) I, personally, would be more than compelled to submit way ahed of the deadline. Stuff like that. Thanks, Roman.
