Here you are. I've just upload both of Nick's templates to the Templates

Now adapting the ACEU14 for ACEU15 should be really trivial. If an
updated version is made available in this thread, I can take care of
uploading it to the Templates site (anybody can register and do it).
Note that you need to edit File - Properties since the site uses those
properties for all texts displayed on the download page.
