There's two answers to this. As of right now, we just have the one CFP for ApacheCon. If you want to submit something to TomcatCon you indicate 'Tomcat' in the 'intended audience' field. Likewise, 'IoT' for the IoT event, Cloudstack for the Cloudstack event, and so on. The people managing these various sub-events will need to get access to that main CFP and pull out the talks that they are interested in. This is going to be a little messy the first time through. We'll figure it out. I hope that as we expand this model, we'd have something in the CFP tool that will automatically route the submissions to the right selection committee.
