I know it's still very early in the game, but I'm already looking at places where we can do a better job than the last few events, and this requires additional volunteers to make this happen.
I have (so far) identified 5 places where I can use additional volunteer effort. I'm sure that there will be more in the weeks to come. Most of these things are things that we've typically done at the last minute, but if we can get people thinking about them, and working on them, well in advance, we can do them much more effectively, as well as perhaps draw more people to come to our event.
