Regarding the schedule, is there an ical or other standard calendar
format available that I can subscribe to in my calendar app?
If not a standard, universal, calendar format, is there any
computer-readable version I can try to convert to a standard format
myself?

Also, what's the difference between this apachecon-discuss@apache.org
list and disc...@apachecon.com ? If I want to pay attention to
ApacheCon event planning, and possibly get more involved in future,
which lists should I subscribe to? There seem to be a dozens, if not
hundreds (especially all the @apachecon.com ones), and it's not clear
which are the important and/or active ones.
