Hello, Unfortunately the APE Server can not be installer over a window machine.
The fact that APE is crossplatform, is for the user point of view only. Indeed, since APE uses only web standards (Javascript, AJAX), users from any browser / operating system will not have to download anything to use an application built using APE. Otherwise, for the developer point of view, our server is only installable over Linux, BSD or Mac OS X.
