Hi,
1) you have to handle this :
* Add an event on window.unload event and make the user left the
channel stock
* When the user arrive on a new page make him left the previous channel
2) Error 004 is a bad sessid error this mean your user timed out. He
passed to many time without sending data to the server (>45sec)
